I recently discovered this recording of Daniel Fisher and I performing these two hymns I arranged. This was recorded live during Communion at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville, TN.

Songs for the Caregiver_3D_SMDaniel is an extraordinary talent, and when you hear this arrangement, your heart will soar with him as he plays the violin like few can.

These two hymns are favorites of so many, and when I arranged them, I wanted to honor the legacy of their impact upon millions …while bringing a fresh passion for the texts and melodies.

The moment I heard Daniel take my arrangement and lift it to heaven with his incredible gift—well, I was just floored and could hardly keep up on the piano.  After the service, the repeated comment by listeners was, “It brought tears to my eyes!”
It did to me, as well.
Enjoy!
